Specify [tax treatment, applicable exchange rate, final payment currency and any additional charges]. Correct errors transparently and explain changes before a contract is formed.

Enquiries and formation of a contract A WhatsApp enquiry is a request for information and does not itself place an order. Explain [the actual ordering steps, when an order is accepted, how the customer receives confirmation, how errors can be corrected and the available contract languages]. Do not imply that checkout or payment methods are available unless they work.

Payment, delivery and availability State [accepted payment methods], [delivery areas and charges], [estimated delivery times], [stock reservation rules] and [what happens if a product is unavailable]. Provide all final charges before the customer agrees to buy.
